This Privacy Policy applies to all versions of the PromptGallery mobile application (the "App") and its associated services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App is designed to minimize the collection of personal data. We do not require users to create an account or provide personal information such as name, email address, or phone number to use the core features of the App.

However, we use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The third-party service providers used by the App include:

• Google Play Services: Required for the App to function on Android devices.
• Google AdMob: We use AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may use advertising IDs from your device to serve personalized ads based on your interests (if enabled on your device) or non-personalized ads.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: We use these services to understand how the App is used and to track crashes to improve the App's stability. These services collect anonymous, aggregated usage data and device information (such as operating system version, device model, and timestamp of the crash).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): We use FCM to send push notifications and engagement alerts. This requires the collection of your device's registration token (Device ID) to ensure the message reaches your specific device.
• Cloud Sync & Authentication: To ensure your "Favorite" prompts are preserved across sessions, we securely sync your favorites to Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). This uses Anonymous Authentication, which assigns a unique User ID (UID) to your device without requiring personal contact information.

2. How We Use Information

The limited information collected by our third-party services is used for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality.
• To show relevant advertisements via Google AdMob.
• To analyze usage patterns and improve the user experience.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and crashes.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. The data collected by third-party services like Google AdMob and Firebase is handled according to their respective privacy policies.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your information (even automatically collected data), thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

6. Links to Other Sites

The App may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
